Who we are
Eleven years in. We're done doing it the old way.
We're Sam & Dean Harlow — the humans behind Team Emperia. Eleven years in network marketing, and we've done it both ways. We were top leaders doing it the old way — the scripts, the urgency, the cold-DM hustle. We're not doing that anymore.
This is our new era. We lead with Amare Global, a mental wellness company, and we built something of our own on top of it — Human Mechanics in Business. Here's what that actually means.
The framework
Human Mechanics in Business
Human Design is a system that maps how you're energetically built — your type, your decision-making authority, where your energy is consistent and where it isn't — using your birth date, time, and place. Most people use it for self-understanding. We use it as a business model.
Because here's the truth: this was never just a business tool. Once you understand your design, it changes how you show up in your relationships, your energy, your whole life. The business is just where we happen to apply it — which makes it a genuinely powerful thing to build with.
Maybe you already know your type and profile. Maybe you've never heard a word of this before today. Either way, this works — because the first step isn't homework. It's Dean mapping it for you.
